Online skin consultation

A 30-minute online consultation with one of our skin clinicians.

We'll talk through your skin, what you've tried, and what you're hoping to change. You'll come away with a plan of which products suit you, in what order, and just as importantly which ones to leave alone.

The purchase price for the consultation is fully redeemable against any of our products. Our clinician will provide you with a code to apply to your order following your consultation.

When we run them

• Monday 2pm – 4pm
• Tuesday 5pm – 7pm
• Wednesday 10am – 12pm
• Thursday 12pm – 2pm
• Friday 10am – 12pm

After you book

Your confirmation email includes a link to choose your time. Please have your order number to hand — the booking form asks for it, and we use it to match your appointment to your payment.

Consultations are held online. You'll receive a joining link by email before your appointment.

If you need to rearrange your booking

Please give us 24 hours notice, you can rearrange your slot via the link in the confirmation email.
